Privacy and terms

PEP (pepimplant.com) is designed by Dr. Sajad Ahmadi and presented by Molar Maker. Until the PEP company is founded, Dr. Sajad Ahmadi — a self-employed professional (autónomo) in Spain — runs this site, looks after your data and is the seller. For anything on this page, write to info@pepimplant.com.

What we keep

Browsing the site needs no account and sets no tracking cookies; there are no ads and no analytics trackers. Your browser keeps your language, your kit and, if you sign in, your session on this device.

With an account we keep: your e-mail, name, clinic, role and country; your billing details; the files you downloaded and when; your invoices; the designs you save; your design orders — each design, the note you add and, if you upload one, your own Ti-base file; and your Ask PEP conversations only if you switch that on. Passwords are stored only as a salted hash.

To stop abuse, failed sign-ins are recorded for two days as a one-way code of the address and e-mail, and the three free files are counted against a one-way code of your e-mail, so they are not refilled by deleting and re-creating an account.

Ask PEP answers in your browser: what you type is not sent to us unless you choose to keep your conversations. Never write patient names or other personal health details.

If a page fails in your browser, it may send us the error message, the page address and the browser family (for example “chrome-mobile”) so we can fix it. That report contains no personal data and is deleted after 30 days.

Where it lives

The website is hosted by HostGator. Accounts, invoices and the library files run on Cloudflare (Workers, a D1 database in Western Europe and R2 storage). Everything the pages load, including the fonts and the 3D viewer’s code, is served from this site. These providers process data only to deliver the service.

Design orders are built on the PEP build computer in Spain, run by Dr. Sajad Ahmadi: it reads the order, builds and checks each file and uploads it to your account. A working copy of the order stays on that computer so we can answer questions about it; write to us to have it removed. Never write patient names or other health details in an order note.

E-mail goes out through MailerSend, and only when it is needed: the link to confirm your address, the link to reset your password, and messages about your invoices. No newsletters, no tracking pixels.

How long, and your rights

We keep your account until you delete it. Deleting it also deletes your design orders, their files and your saved designs. Paid invoices are kept as long as tax law requires, with a nightly safety copy kept for 90 days; unpaid ones are cancelled after 60 days and removed with the account. In your account you can correct your details, download everything we hold as a file, sign out other devices and delete the account; write to us for anything else.

Terms of sale

PEP is presented by Molar Maker. Until the PEP company is founded, the plan is invoiced by Dr. Sajad Ahmadi, self-employed (autónomo) in Spain; the seller’s tax ID and address appear on every invoice. The PEP Library plan is sold to dental professionals — dentists, dental laboratories and companies in the field — for use in their work.

When you press “Get the year”, a proforma invoice with the payment details appears in your account. Payment is by bank transfer. The plan starts on the day the payment arrives and opens downloads for 365 days; it does not renew by itself. The price is the one shown on the plans page when you order; the launch price applies to plans ordered while it is shown.

The plan is digital content. If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw within 14 days of the payment. By accepting these terms you ask that downloads open as soon as the payment arrives, and you accept that your right of withdrawal ends when you download the first file of the paid year. Before that, write to us and we refund the full amount.

Until you pay, you can cancel the invoice yourself in your account. Unpaid invoices are cancelled after 60 days.

Terms of use

PEP is a design refined over more than seven years. It has not been clinically validated and is not a certified medical device. The files are provided for evaluation and research; any clinical use is the clinician’s decision and responsibility under local rules.

An account and a plan are for one person. Files are for your own work: please do not share, resell or republish them. The yearly plan opens downloads for 365 days from the day the payment arrives; files you downloaded stay yours to download again.
