Start from one of the 45 tooth forms and shape it live in 3D — connection, height, rim, implant position, contour and sculpt. Send it: every file is built automatically, the connection is never changed, and each one is checked before you download it.

Questions

What do I receive?

One print-ready STL per design, in millimetres, Z up, base at Z = 0 — zipped, in your account. Each file carries its settings in its name.

How long does it take?

Every design is built automatically on the PEP build PC, usually 1–3 minutes a file. The order shows your place in the queue and whether the build PC is on; each file appears as soon as it is ready.

What is checked before I get the file?

The mesh is closed and clean for a slicer, the connection is exactly the one of the Ti-base or multi-unit (not a single point moved), and the wall thickness is measured over the whole body and around the suture ports — each file shows its result. A file that fails is never delivered — the order says why, and you can change the design and send it again.

Which connections?

The JD Icon Plus Ti-base (gingival height 0.5, 1.5, 3 and 4 mm) and the JD multi-unit (4.75 to 7 mm). And directly on the implant of 28 more brands, with the maker’s own connection.

Can I change a design after ordering?

Yes — every item in your orders has “Edit and send again”: it opens the design as it was, ready to change.

Is PEP a medical device?

PEP has not been clinically validated and is not a certified medical device; the files are for evaluation and research.
